Our friends over at iSpy have created a super-simple way for Agent DVR to send an image via vehicle detection to Snapshot Cloud.

Step 1.1. Go to www.ispyconnect.com/userguide-agent-lpr.apx.
Step 1.2. For URL: api.platerecognizer.com/v1/plate-reader-img/
Step 1.3. Get Token from Account page.
Step 1.4. (Optional) Identify the region(s) from Region Codes. Separate regions by comma. Ex: us-ca, de.
Step 1.5. (Optional). Set configurations for LPR. See details.
Step 1.6. (Optional). Enter CSV of plates to tag as Authorized.
Step 1.7. (Optional). Set time to reload Authorized plates if there’s a URL in Step 1.6.
Step 1.8. (Optional). Turn On to normalize plates (e.g. replace B with 8, Z with 2, etc). We recommend this to be in Off position.
Once the server settings are done, edit a camera and go to the LPR tab.
Step 2.1. For Mode, we recommend Alert, which you can use alongside DeepStack Alert Filtering to look for “car, motorcycle, truck”.
Step 2.2. For Interval, set this to 1 if you are using our Free Trial (where the limit is 1). If you are on a paid subscription, you can set this figure between 1-8, as we support up to 8 lookups/second.
Step 2.3. Set the Confidence Level you desire. Typically, a Confidence read of 40%+ would result in a good plate read.
Step 2.4. Select Photo if you wish to save photo with plate reading in Agent DVR.
Step 2.5. Select Make, Model and Color if you have subscribed to Plate Recognizer MMC feature.
Step 2.6. Select OK.

Step 3.2. Click to sign in with your Plate Recognizer account.
